1. What services are included with Direct Primary Care?
Your DPC membership includes unlimited office visits, preventive care, chronic disease management, women' health, minor procedures, and more. Members enjoy longer appointment times, same-day or next-day appointments, and direct communication with their doctor via phone, email, or secure messaging. There are never any additional per-visit charges. All visits are included in the one low monthly fee.
2. Can I use my HSA to pay for my Direct Primary Care membership?
Yes! Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership fees can be paid using HSA funds.
Recent legislation allows HSA funds to be used for DPC memberships up to $150 per individual and $300 per family.

3. Can I use my health insurance for any tests, medications or referrals you order?
Yes, you can use your health insurance for anything additional that you may need. This includes for medications, labs, imaging or specialists referrals.
4. Do I still need health insurance with Direct Primary Care?
While DPC covers most primary care needs, it's recommended that members maintain health insurance for unexpected medical expenses, specialists, hospitalizations, and emergencies. DPC complements insurance by providing comprehensive and accessible primary care.
5. How much is the monthly membership fee?
The monthly membership fee is between $119 - $159 per month depending on your age. This all-inclusive fee ensures that you receive comprehensive primary care without any additional costs for routine visits. Check out the pricing tab for more information. As a reminder I do not bill your insurance at all so there will be no co-pays or insurance fees on top of this for your services.
6. Are labs included?
While labs are not included in your membership fee, I am able to get you extremely discounted lab prices with your Direct Primary Care membership. Given how significant these discounts are, most DPC members with high deductible plans choose to pay cash pricing for labs vs putting labs through their insurance.
7. How do I become a member?
Becoming a member is simple! You can schedule a meet & greet under the Contact section. At that time I will go over specifics about the practice and answer any questions you may have. If you are then ready to join I will guide you through the membership process during the visit.
8. How can I cancel my membership?
I understand that circumstances change. You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting our office. There is no long-term commitment.
